Butiksmanager is built to collect as little as possible. Most tools work without an account, and the PDF tool processes your files directly in the browser without uploading them. This policy describes what we actually handle.
Data controller

The PDF tool never uploads your files
When you merge or organize PDFs, everything happens locally in your browser. The files never leave your device and are never sent to us or any cloud service. We store no PDF files.
Invoices and price tags without an account
If you use the invoice or price-tag tool without signing in, your draft is stored only locally in your own browser (localStorage) so it survives a reload. It is not sent to our servers.
If you create an account
With an account we store your email, the shop details you enter (name, address, company number, optional logo) and the documents you choose to save, hosted with our database provider in the EU. Sign-in uses an email code (magic link); you may set a password, which is stored encrypted.
Email and statistics
Sign-in codes and, if you enable them, payment reminders are sent via our email provider (Resend). For visitor statistics we use a privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics service that does not track individuals across sites.
We never sell your data
We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing, and we show no ads. Data is shared only with the providers needed to run the service (database, email), who process it on our behalf.
